All tuition is based on a monthly (four weeks) charge. Payments are due on the first of the month and are delinquent after the 5th. A $25 late fee will be added to all delinquent accounts.  If you wish, you may make special payment arrangements with the office.  If an account is more than 15 days delinquent, the child may be suspended from school until the account is paid.   There will be a $10 charge for all checks returned for insufficient funds.  No student shall be re-enrolled for the following year whose account is delinquent.  Tuition fees are reviewed by the school board each year.  Any changes in the tuition fees will become effective on July 1.

All tuition checks must be made out to Nazarene Christian Preschool.   Tuition checks must be for tuition and late fees.  Do not include payments for miscellaneous fees such as Registration, PTF, lunch tickets, late pick up fees, field trips, etc. on the tuition check.  These fees can be paid in person, dropped in the office mail slot, or mailed.  Please do not give payments to the teacher.

Preschool tuition is often tax deductible.  Check with your accountant to see if you qualify.  Our school's tax ID number is: 95-2843107.


Registration Fee

This annual fee is non-refundable unless, for some reason, the school cannot accept the enrollment. Once paid, this fee guarantees a place for your child in our school unless enrollment is interrupted or the start date is postponed for longer than 2 weeks without notification. Registration fees are used for such expenses as enrollment processing, ACSI dues, student accident insurance and basic supplies.


Absences & Tuition

Our school expenses are based on the total number of children enrolled each day. Children who are enrolled for a partial week or day may not switch or substitute days without special permission from the director. The state holds our school to very strict Teacher/Student ratios. Switching days may cause our ratio to be too high on a given day and cause us to be out of compliance. There is no credit given for days missed due to illness or vacation. Your child's absence does not reduce the expense of the daily program. Therefore, tuition is due whether or not your child is in attendance. Tuition is based on a 4 week month to take into account the days we are closed and/or normal absences. A child who is absent without paying tuition for two or more weeks will be dropped and a new registration fee will be charged before the child can be readmitted.


Dropping

Please notify the school at least one week in advance before dropping from enrollment. If no notice is given, a fee equal to one week of attendance will be added to the closing bill.
